<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance workability by providing the inside of a pig with a cavity part, building a battery and a motor in the cavity part, extending a revolving shaft of the motor to the outside of a main body, providing the same with a grinding tool and tying one end of connecting yarn wound on a reel to a counter side of the revolving shaft. SOLUTION: The inside of the main body 2 of the pig 1 is provided with the cavity part 3. The battery 4 and the motor 5 having the battery 4 as a power source are built into the cavity part 3. The revolving shaft 6 of the motor 6 is so positioned as to exist on the central axis of the main body 2 and its front end is extended to the outside. The grinding tool 7 is mounted replaceably to the extension part. The end of the connecting yarn 9 wound on the reel is connected to the rear part of the main body 2 and the movement of the main body 2 is controlled and pulled by the connecting yarn 9. According to such constitution, peeling, grinding and cleaning are executed by the rotation of the revolving shaft 6 from the motor 5 mounted with the grinding tool 7 according to the state of deposits, such as scale, on the inside wall surface of a pipe and, therefore, the peeling of the deposits may be sufficiently executed and the workability is improved.</p> |
