<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an NC controller for laser machining without causing any burn through at a corner part by controlling the value of laser beam machining speed synchronously with output values of laser power, a laser beam frequency and laser duty in front of/behind machining blocks. SOLUTION: By discriminating an angle between machining blocks, switching between laser beam machining of normal control and laser beam machining of adaptive control, synchronizing the value of laser beam machining speed with values of laser beam output, a laser beam frequency and laser beam duty, and executing acceleration/deceleration control, laser beam machining not generating burn through is made possible between the machining blocks.</p> |
