PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cement-based composition for extrusion molding capable of providing excellent extrusion moldability and/or a suitable setting time and imparting an extrusion molding product having excellent shape retention while suppressing a chlorine content. SOLUTION: This cement composition comprises burned ash of waste at least as a part of a raw material. This composition comprises a hydraulic composition containing a calcium aluminate-based mineral and/or a calcium aluminoferrite-based mineral and gypsum and has <=0.1 wt.% chlorine content (based on the total amount of cement).
