PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for continuous production by which an epoxy resin sheet with excellent optical characteristics even when the thickness is at most 500μm can be efficiently obtained. SOLUTION: A coating liq. of a hard coat resin is developed to a sheet-like condition on a substrate 4 and while the developed layer 12 is cured to form a hard coat layer 1, a coating liq. of a theremosetting epoxy resin is developed to a sheet-like condition on the hard coat layer 1 directly or through another laminate layer 2 and thermosetting treatment 33 of the developed layer 32 is performed to form a cured sheet 3 on the hard coat layer 1 directly or through another laminate layer. The cured sheet is cooled to a temp. being 10-80 deg.C lower than the theremosetting treatment temp. to peel it with the hard coat layer 1 off from the substrate and to recover it. It is thereby possible to recover the epoxy resin sheet from the substrate without generating crackings, residual strain, etc., by generating stress being favorable for peeling between the resin sheet and the substrate by cooling.
