PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag for an examination capable of easily preparing a liquid for the examination to detect microorganisms attached to a food, etc., or in filthy water and collecting. SOLUTION: This bag is equipped with a bag main body 2 opened up at its upper edge 2a, closed at both side edges 2c, 2d and bottom edge 2e and made from a synthetic resin film, and a filter 3 extended from the upper edge of the bag main body 2 to its bottom edge 2d and partitioning the inside of the bag main body 2 into a raw liquid chamber 1a and a liquid for the examination-collecting chamber 1b. The filter 3 is constituted of a material capable of passing a liquid through but rejecting a solid through and mounted as positioning a tip 4a thereof at the liquid for the examination-collecting chamber 1b, has a counter flow-stopping valve for preventing the flowing out of the liquid for the examination from the liquid for the examination-collecting chamber to the outside, and further is equipped with a liquid for the examination-collecting member 4 enabling the collection of the liquid for the examination 1c in the liquid for the examination-collecting chamber 1b by opening up the counter flow-stopping valve 4b from the outside.
