PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance interest in a game and require the art of play of a player by providing a medal rolling mechanism to roll a medal on a medal rolling supporter board and a mechanism to repel a medal rolling on the supporter board. SOLUTION: In a baseball game machine 1 being a medal hit game machine, a portion thereof corresponding to the ground of baseball is a medal rolling supporter board 8 being a constituent member of a medal rolling mechanism 7, and an infield stand 10 is provided on both sides of the board 8. And a medal rolling and driving device 9 being a medal hopper is disposed on either side of a lower central part in the interior of the board 8, while an operation lever 13 of a medal repelling device is provided at a corner 2a disposed on the front side of a player to repel a medal which is fed onto the board 8 by the medal rolling and driving device 9 and rolls thereon. A note medal inspection device 14 to inspect note for use as money is provided adjacent to the right side of the lever 13.
