PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a static load pile press-in and pull-out machine provided with a hose reel capable of winding a hose longer than the length of a press-in pile. SOLUTION: A bracket 12 is fixed to a head section of a pull-out machine body 11, a holder 14 is rotatably supported on one side of the bracket 12 through a shaft 13 on either side of right or left in the advance direction of the pull-out machine body 11, and a hose reel 15 is pivoted freely rotatably on the holder 14 by a rotational shaft 16. A water jet hose 17 is wound on the hose reel 15, one end thereof is connected to the rotational center shaft of the hose reel 15 through a swivel device 18, and the other end is connected removably to the lower end of the existing pile 32 in a detachable manner with a lock pin 19 as in a conventional one.
