PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently reform fuel to promote complete combustion in an engine and improve fuel cost by providing plural branch pipe parts provided between both of an inlet header and an outlet header, and a magnet fitted to each branch pipe part in a pipe unit where fuel flows. SOLUTION: This fuel pipe unit 15 has an inlet header 17, an outlet header 19, branch pipe parts 21a, 21b, 21c provided between both headers 17, 19, and magnets 23 fitted to the respective branch pipe parts 21a, 21b, 21c. The fuel pipe unit 15 is formed of magnetic substance such as iron or the like, so that the magnets 23 are easy to be attached and detached so as to facilitate maintenance such as replacement of the magnets 23 or the like. The fuel disperses from the inlet header to flow to the respective branch pipe parts, so that the flow velocity of fuel is low, whereby the influence of magnetic field of the magnets can be enough exerted on the fuel flowing through the respective branch pipe parts so as to sufficiently reform the fuel.
