PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inflow mechanism constituted such that sound structure generated by an inflow mechanism is felt comfortable to user's ears. SOLUTION: This inflow mechanism is an inflow mechanism for an internal combustion engine and consists of an intake system or an air filter or a device belonging to the above. A casing having walls 5 and 6 is provided. In this case, in a type wherein an inner chamber through which intake air flows is limited by the walls 5 and 6, the walls 5 and 6 have comparatively thin wall-form surfaces 12, 13; 14, 15; 16, 17; and 18, 19 to generate a specified frequency.
