PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate securing pressure for obtaining flowing force of exhaust gas in a venturi tube, downsize a muffler device, and facilitate installation by arranging tail pipes on both ends of a muffler main body, each having the venturi tube for discharging exhaust gas to atmosphere through a noise absorbing cylindrical body and a resonance chamber. SOLUTION: An inlet pipe 2 is arranged on a center of a cylindrical muffler main body 1, which pipe 2 has an intake-hole 2a for introducing exhaust gas into the muffler main body 1 from an engine 10. A noise absorbing cylindrical body 5 having a plurality of intake-holes 5a and a resonance chamber 6 are arranged among both ends of the muffler main body 1 and the inlet pipe 2. Tail pipes 3 are arranged on both ends of the muffler main body 1, each having a venturi tube 9 for discharging exhaust gas to atmosphere through the noise absorbing cylindrical body 5 and the resonance chamber.
