PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinning method by which a weak yarn part can be detected and removed, and further the cause thereof can be rapidly removed. SOLUTION: This spinning method comprises installing a cutter 8 for cutting a spun yarn Y under spinning, and allowing the cutter to be operated by any one of the signal from a yarn clearer 10 for detecting unevenness of the yarn, and the signal from a tension sensor 9 for detecting the tension of the spun yarn in a spinning apparatus having at least a spinning part 5 utilizing a circling air current. As a result, the cutter arranged in a conventional yarn clearer can be omitted, and thereby the structure of the yarn clearer can be simplified.
