PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a welding work and save labor and reduce the production time by integrally forming the tabular part of a pile end face and the peripheral face forming the side face of the pile end in a joint hardware. SOLUTION: A doughnut-shaped tabular part 1a and a ring-shaped peripheral face part 1b provided so as to be orthogonal to the tabular part 1a at the outer peripheral part of one end face of the tabular part 1a are integrally formed with one member, in a joint hardware 1. An engaging part 1c to engage with coupling members 2, 2 is formed so that the tabular part 1a overhangs outwards at the whole periphery in the radial direction, in the outer periphery of the joint hardware 1. The groove width of an engaging groove 2a of the coupling member 2 is formed to be nearly equal to the jointed thickness of the engaging parts 1c, 1c. The engaging parts 1c, 1c of the joint hardware 1, 1 superposed with each other are fitted so as to be put between the engaging groove 2a. In this way, the welding process of the peripheral face part 1b and the tubular part 1a is not required and hence, the time required for the welding work and the inspecting time can be saved. Since no welding defect arises, the quality can be improved.
