PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a melt-spinning apparatus capable of increasing a hole- forming density of a spinning hole to same degree as that of a spinneret made of a metal while utilizing remarkable decrease characteristic of attached amount of eye mucus which is feature which a nozzle chip made of ceramic, especially the discharge hole side thereof has and producing desired yarn in high productivity and long life of spinneret. SOLUTION: In this melt-spinning apparatus equipped with a spinneret having a spinning hole, the spinneret is divided into an upper spinneret and a lower spinneret in the direction of polymer flow and the upper spinneret is formed of a member made of a metal and has a polymer-introducing and guiding hole part of the spinning hole and the lower spinneret has a spinning hole part which communicates with the introducing and guiding hole part and providing a discharge hole for the polymer at the top and the spinning hole part is formed of a ceramic.
