PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fouling of a collar and cuffs, bring washing to be easy by attaching a disposable patch with a double adhesive tape for preventing fouling of a collar and cuffs inside of a collar and cuffs of a shirt or jacket and enable to continue comfortable feeling of wearing by taking off the patch as the soiled patch is disposable. SOLUTION: A disposable patch 1 with double adhesive tape for preventing fouling of a collar and cuffs is attached inside of the collar and cuffs by peeling off protecting paper 2 in an adhesive part of the patch.
