PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide at a low cost a front cover having a translucent display part for providing a translucent display from a translucent display unit disposed on the back of the front cover and a reflective display part for reflecting a display from a reflective display unit disposed on the front of the front cover. SOLUTION: Projections 29, 30 projecting from the back face of a front cover main body 21 on which a light blocking layer 31 should be provided are projected toward the front surface of the front cover main body to enable screen printing using a light blocking paint on the back face of the front cover main body. Also, a hard coat layer is formed on the overall face of the front cover main body 21 by a dipping painting means.
