PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bender device of a belt like material capable of nose bending the belt like material in both directions even despite a small size and a simple constitution. SOLUTION: A pair of rollers 21, 22 are mounted between rotary plates 25, 26 so as to arrange a gap each other to insert a belt like material 1a. By rotating the rotary plates 25, 26, it is constituted to realize the retreat state, in which respective rollers 21, 22 are apart from both face sides of the belt like material 1a, the motion, by which the band like material 1a is bent downward by bringing respective roller 21, 22 into pressure contact from both face sides at different positions in the longitudinal direction of the band like material 1a, and the motion, by which the band like material 1a is bent upward by bringing respective roller 21, 22 into pressure contact from both face sides at different positions in the longitudinal direction of the band like material 1a.
