PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inspect a hoop shaped product in a high precision even when a press device and an image processing inspection device are arranged in-line. SOLUTION: An inspection device is provided with a press device, which presses a slender band like material 14 and forms a lead frame 14a as a hoop shaped product, an inspection device 4, which inspects the lead frame 14a by collating the image information set before-hand and the image of the formed lead frame 14a, and a working oil removal device 6 arranged between the press device and the inspection device 4. In his case, the working oil removal device 6 is provided with a support roller mechanism 28 to support the lead frame 14a and a compressed gas injection means 50 to inject a compressed gas toward the lead frame 14a.
