PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe, low-cost, functional water purification pack by using waste. SOLUTION: Carbonized husks such as rice husks, barley husks, and squeezed beer lees, which have been subjected to the carbonization treatment under pressure and heating, crushed materials which is prepared by crushing oyster shells, shellfish shells and the like, which have been subjected to the heat treatment, to have a prescribed particle size, and additives such as iron sand which has been similarly subjected to the heating treatment, are packed together using paper or close by the conventional production method.
