PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To coat a bottom surface of a hull supported by blocks with saved labor without being affected by a misty coating material veiling the underside of the bottom surface. SOLUTION: A coating part 2 constituted so as to repeat to reciprocally displace a coating nozzle jetting the coating material in the upward direction on a guide rail 12a structured to change the height and to horizontally face the right and the left is provided on a travelling vehicle 1 provided with a pair of left and right crawler travelling devices 7 and further a remote control means 5 for remote-controlling the operation of the travelling vehicle 1 and coating part 2 is mounted.
