An elastic clamp 10 of the rail track for rail track plate, disposed under the sleeper or thereon, comprising a pair of the parallel members 19, it is D-shaped in such a manner to have a bent faced side 16 adapted to fit the rail flange which is formed by the corresponding free ends 18 of the parallel members 19 and a basic part 11 adapted to fit into the rail track channel or into the sleep. The clamp is formed so that the parts 14 of the parallel members 19 between the basic part 11 and the bent faced side 16 were disposed under an angle to the bent side 16 of the clamp 10, and the free ends 18 of the parallel members 19 are bent opposite to the rear part 13 of the clamp 10 and bent to the outside so that when using the clamp they could rest on the rail track plate or the sleepers, preventing the clamp 10 sliding down from the rail flange. Besides or alternatively, the pair of the parallel members 19 is interconnected by the bent part 13 and the basic part 11 contiguous thereto. Claims: 7Fig.: 19<IMAGE>
