PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively produce a load supporting plane with high durability and wide adjustment width of elastic power on the load supporting plane for the mat or seat of furniture and bedding. SOLUTION: In inner spring rows, plural storage bags are formed in the state of parallel continuing spring storage parts and coil springs are stored in the respective storage bags in the state of parallel arranging the axial centers of the coil springs. An inner spring assembly body structure 1 is formed by connecting plural inner spring rows and constituting them into mat so that the axial centers of the coil springs can be parallel. The load supporting plane is formed by bonding inner spring rows 3 and 4 in the state of abutting their side faces in the state of making different the end face height of inner spring rows 3 and 4 on at least one of the front side and rear side of the inner spring assembly body structure 1.
