PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut off a volatile toxic substance generated from an adhesive by finishing a surface of plywood by a cutoff layer composed of a polyolefine film or a polyester resin layer. SOLUTION: Plywood 1 is a plate body manufactured by adhering mutual plates in a layered shape by a conventional manufacturing method, a using adhesive includes formaldehyde, and is diffused from a surface of the plywood 1 to become a cause of chemical substance erethism by polluting an indoor environment, and becomes harmful to the human body. Therefor, the surface of the plywood 1 is covered with a film-shaped or layer-shaped cutoff layer 2 composed of a polyolefine film or a polyester resin layer, and the surface of the plywood 1 is finished. Design-like decorative finish is applied to a film of the cutoff layer 2 of a plywood 1 surface so that wallpaper and painting may be obviated to thereby cut off or reduce generation of formaldehyde included in an adhesive.
