PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reserve the rain water flowing in an eaves trough and effectively utilize it to plants and car washing or the like. SOLUTION: A drainage pipe 2 is obliquely cut out in the vertical direction to its wall to form an opening 6 of a nearly V-shape in its side surface. On the other hand, an intake mechanism 3 is provided with a lower tongue piece 9 extended until the inside of the drainage pipe 2 from the opening 6 to the lower periphery of the cylindrical base part 7 connected to one end of an intake pipe 4. This lower tongue piece 9 is provided with a locking projection 11 for locking the lower end hole periphery of the opening 6 to a prescribed position of the lower surface. Further, the circular-arc shaped end periphery 10b of the upper tongue piece 10 provided so as to oppose to the lower tongue piece 9 is fitted to the outer circumferential surface of the drainage pipe 2.
