PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance an agitating and mixing effect in a force-feed tank and uniformize the solidified strength in a mud treatment device by supplying a slurry hardener into the entire zone of a force-feed tank. SOLUTION: A force-feed tank 4 is provided with an agitating means 9 composed of an agitating shaft 11 and a number of paddles 10 attached zigzag to the agitation shaft 11, and scattering pipes 24 are disposed in the vicinity of the ceiling over the full length of the force-feed tank 4. Mud (a) fed into the force-feed tank 4 is agitated by a number of paddles 10 of the agitating means 9. At the same time, a valve 26 of a hardener feed pipe 27 is opened by a signal of a lower limit sensor 14 to eject a slurry hardener (b) all at once from many spray nozzles 25 provided at every certain distsnce in the scattering pipe 24 and quickly and evenly agitate and mix with the mud (a). In this way, the agitating and mixing effect in the force-feed tank 4 can be enhanced and homogeneous solidified soil having a necessary solidified strength can be stably supplied.
