PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a wire from coming off a pressure-receiving member by dividing the pressure-receiving member attached to a projected end of a tensile member on the ground and penetrated into ground and anchored to effectuate an anchoring function, into upper and lower two sections and providing a clamping groove for the wire on the superposed face of the divided bodies. SOLUTION: A pressure-receiving member A transmitting a tension given to a tensile member 2 to an inclined plane 4 such as a slope face is attached to a projected end on the ground of the tensile member 2 anchored in a hole 1 drilled to a specified depth in the ground. The pressure-receiving member A is constituted of a pair of upper and lower divided bodies 8, 9 divided into the upper and lower sections and clamping grooves 10, 10 for fitting and engaging with vertical and lateral rows of wires B stretched on the inclined plane 4 are formed on the superposed face of both divided bodies 8, 9. The stretched wires B can be stably clamped by the clamping grooves 10, 10 on the confronting face of the divided bodies 8, 9 divided to the upper and lower sections. Even when a laterally moving force acts on the wire due to some influences, the pressure-receiving member and the wire B are always integrally unified and hence, the wire B does not come off the member A.
