PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance stability of a brace with a level adjusting bolt to be attached to the upper end of a sheet pile wall and prevent the brace from slanting or coming off during the installation of the coping concrete block. SOLUTION: After a coping concrete block 40 is installed on the upper end of a sheet pile wall 5, filling concrete is placed at the site to construct a coping concrete structure. In this structure, a first brace 10 provided with a planar part 11, a folded part 12, and a level adjusting bolt 14 is fitted to the upper end of the sheet pile wall 5 and a second brace 20 provided with claws 22 forming a pair with the basal part and a level adjusting bolt 24 are hooked on the upper end of a bent corner of the sheet pile wall 5. A top end wall 41 is put on the top face of the heads of the level adjusting bolts 14, 24 and then, the coping concrete block 40 is put thereon.
