PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate production and assembly of gaskets and improving sealability and durability while previously preventing generation of outgas by a method wherein a fluorine foamed rubber coating is applied by means of dispenser coating only to a part necessary for sealing. SOLUTION: A foamed rubber layer 5 comprising a fluorine foamed rubber 6 is formed by means of dispenser coating only at a part of a base 1 necessary for sealing at the inner surface 1a of the base 1 made up from a metal sheet by press forming. With the dispenser coating, the coating is applied at a minimum necessary width and thereby production becomes easy while reducing costs. Since the base 1 and the foamed rubber layer 5 are made up in an integrated structure, workability at assembly can be improved. Furthermore, a sealability and a durability can be improved because of thermal resistance of the fluorine and elasticity of the foaming, and generation of outgas which is undersirable to electronics apparatuses according to its characteristics of material quality can be prevented. |
