PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously adjust the position in the peripheral direction of a rotary lever around the center axial line of a heating cylinder. SOLUTION: When the positions in the peripheral direction of a heating cylinder 4 and a rotary lever 11 centered around the center axial line of a needle 10 are adjusted, a clamping bolt 13 is loosened and a clamping ring 21, a tip member 1 and a nozzle 2 are disconnected with each other. Further, a nozzle 2 is rotated to the tip member 1 together with the clamping ring 21 and the rotary lever 11 is set at a desired position. After that, the clamping ring 21, the tip member 1 and the nozzle 2 are connected together in one piece by clamping the clamping bolt 13. Thus it is possible to adjust the position in the peripheral direction of the rotary lever 11 continuously regardless of the pitch of a plurality of the clamping bolts 13. Besides, the position of the rotary lever 11 can be finely adjusted easily without pulling the clamping bolt 13 from a threaded hole 21a only by loosening the clamping bolt 13.
