PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling water plumbing device which is free from degradation of the strength of a vertical shaft and a rotary disk in a powder compaction molding machine, and capable of being easily repaired even when a plumbing path is blocked up. SOLUTION: Cooling water is plumbed to circulation water passages 31, 32, 33 in a rotary disk 7 by constructing outside a vertical shaft 1 annular water distributing passage 21 and an annular water collecting passage 22 which are formed concentrically with the rotary disk 7 and whose upper sides are opened, a lid 23 for the water distributing passage and a lid 24 for the water collecting passage which are mounted on the upper surface in an attachable/ detachable manner, a distributing chamber 25 and a collecting chamber 26 mounted on the center of the rotary disk 7, a distributing pipe 27 to connect the lid for the water distributing passage to the distributing chamber and a collecting pipe 28 to connect the lid 24 for the water collecting passage to the collecting chamber 26, and rotary fluid couplings interposed between the distributing chamber 25 and an external water feed piping and between the collecting chamber 26 and an external water discharge piping.
