PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form excellent spirally fluidizing state around the center. SOLUTION: A rotatable rotary vessel 6 is provided on the bottom surface of a fixed vessel 5. The side face of the fixed vessel 5 is formed into a polygonal or cylindrical shape. A 1st and a 2nd divided regions 26, 27 each formed by plane are alternately arranged on the surface of rotary vessel 6 and a discontinuous face is formed in the peripheral direction. As a result, the rotational force is transferred to the center inserted into the inside by the discontinuous plane to cause the excellent spiral flow in the coating vessel 1 when the rotary vessel 6 is rotated at a high speed.
