PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obviate the occurrence of numbness in back parts and legs during seating for a long time by constituting a mat for seats of a cushion material and a skin material and using a three-dimensional structure net-like body consisting of linear random loops having a contact area ratio to a flat disk of values in a specific range for the cushion material. SOLUTION: The mat for seats consisting of the cushion material and the skin material is formed. The three-dimensional structure net-like body which consists of the linear random loops and has the contact area ratio to the flat disk of 18 to 75% is used for the cushion material. Further, the cushion material of which the contact surfaces of the cushion material at the time of contact with the flat disk are discontinuously independent and are <=5 cm2 in the areas of the independent contact surfaces and in which the number of the contact surfaces is >=20 pieces per 100 cm2 is adequate. The cushion material which is >=90% in the recovery rate after compression to 75% in a thickness direction and is made of a thermoplastic elastic resin is further adequate. In addition, the fiber diameter of the three-dimensional structure net-like body is adequately 0.1 to 5 mm.
