PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a eutectic press-contacting method and eutectic press- contacting device for the same kind of metallic member (especially, a low melting point aluminum alloy). SOLUTION: In a eutectic press-contacting method, an insert material 3 is held and fixed between joining end surfaces 1a, 1b of first and second metallic members 1, 2, heating is executed in a state that the distance between respective joining end surfaces is left being maintained, and a melting liquid is removed from the joined surface after the completion estimating time of a eutectic reaction has elapsed. A first fixing means 1 of a first metallic member 1, a second fixing means 2 of a second metallic member 2, a moving/stopping means which moves and stops each fixing means and controls the distance between respective joining end surfaces 1a, 2a of the first and second metallic members fixed to each fixing means, a heating means 30 and a clocking means for the completion estimating time of the eutectic reaction are included in a eutectic press- contacting device. |
