PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent unreasonable external force from acting on a connecting part of a water passing port by integrating a lower end part of a hollow head body into an upper end part of the body by rotatably connecting these by a watertight bearing mechanism. SOLUTION: A pipe main body l is formed of the body 2 and a head body 4 connected via a bearing mechanism 3. In the pipe main body 1, a joining part 32 is arranged on a surface of a top part 42 of the head part 4 by projecting a rotary operation part 31 to an upper surface. Next, an operation part 35 having an operation shaft 33 is installed in the lower end part to be inserted into the main body 1 via an inserting hole 12 to be rotatably supported in a watertight state by a seal pivoting ring 13. Then, a fire hose is connected to a water passing port 11 of the head body 4, and when opening a valve mechanism by rotating the rotary operation part 31, from a water supply mechanism, firewater is supplied to the fire hose from the water passing port 11 through the main body 1 from a valve casing 30 to thereby point the water passing port 11 in the free direction as well as to prevent unreasonable external force from acting on a connecting part.
