PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a mixed paper from mixed raw materials, having the same properties as the paper from an inorganic fiber and an organic fiber conventionally used to be used as a floor material or a wallpaper, and having no stimulation to the skin which is a demerit of the mixed paper, that is, the mixed paper from the mixed inorganic fiber and organic fiber, not only having back surface state of the combination paper of the inorganic fiber and the organic fiber conventionally used as the floor material or the wallpaper, but also having improved interlaminar strength, warpage and rigidity. SOLUTION: This mixed paper made of an inorganic fiber and an organic fiber has a structure comprising one side having a composition consisting of the inorganic fiber or consisting essentially of the inorganic fiber, and the other side having a composition consisting of the organic fiber, and having a substantially and continuously decreasing mixed ratio of the inorganic fiber to the organic fiber, from the surface side of the inorganic fiber composition to the surface side of the organic fiber composition. The paper is characterized by each crossing point of the paper made of the mixed materials, bonded by the same kind of binder.
