PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately position and dispose a letterpress sheet on the plate upper face of a reference plate by press-rotating a plate cylinder on the back of a photosensitive resin letterpress sheet and sticking the photosensitive resin letterpress sheet on a given position on the surface of the plate cylinder. SOLUTION: A slide handle shaft 348 is rotated by rotating a slide handle, and a pinion gear 354 is rotated while intermeshing with a channel blade of a rack 126 to move a plate sticking lifting and lowering unit 300 to the rear end position of a guide bar member along the member. At that time, a protruded engaging piece is engaged with an engaging hole formed on a fixed position of the guide bar member by a plate sticking unit fixing device to fix accurately the plate sticking lifting and lowering unit 300 on the rear end position. A plate cylinder lifting and lowering handle is rotated in the above state to move a nut to the upper end of a unit lifting and lowering screw bar 320 and also move a plate sticking section 400 to the upper end position.
