SOLUTION: A fibrous wadding material 1 having a conductive layer 3 on the single surface thereof and a skin material 2 comprising a raised fabric of which the single surface is formed into a raised surface 2c wherein conductive fibers 2a in the fabric are partially exposed are laminated so that the raised surface 2c comes into contact with the conductive layer 3.
