The device is used in hospital institutions as a connecting link between a plant for the preparation of medicine gases such as oxygen, compressed air, laughing gas, vacuum. and others, and the users of these gases. By it easy and convenient assmbly and disassembly can be made without disrupting the airtightness of the system and without turning the system off from the medicine gases supplied under pressure. The device includes a fixed (1) and mobile (2) part connected by a fast-operating connection (3). Intermatching protection connecting profiles (6, 7) are provided in their contact surfaces (4, 5) fitted in the fixed part (1) and in the mobile part (2), respectively. The fixed part (1) is in the form of a pneumatic reversible valve with a built-in filter for mechanical gas scrubbing (8). The fixed part (1) is closed by a cylindrical housing (9) in the form of a reversed cup-like profile. Housing (9) has an inlet hole (10) and outlet central hole (11). To hole (10) an emergency valve (12) is mounted the operating chamber (13) of which is connected to the operating space (14) of a closing flap (15) of the pneumatic reversible valve. Above flap (15) its matching saddle (16) is mounted fixed in a hole (171) machined in an upper supporting part (17) coaxial to the outlet central hole (11). An anchoring washer (18) is fixed on the inner side of hole (171). The mobile part (2) is placed along the central axis of the coaxial holes, the outlet hole (11), hole (171) of the upper supporting part (17) and hole (181) of the anchoring washer (18). The mobile part (2) is made of a casing in the form of a supporting bushing (21) in which a stem (22) with a central hole (23) and a connection pipe (24) is mounted.
