PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an aqueous solution used for releasing lubricant film, having a high capacity of releasing a lubricant film and becomes a solution which is not solidified even when the lubricant film component accumulates and its temperature is lowered to room temperature. SOLUTION: This solution contains 0.1-15 g/l of phosphoric or boric ions and 0.1-19 g/l of sodium or potassium ions and 0.5-10 g/l of a nonionic surfactant and has a pH of 9-12. Desirably, the surfactant is at least one member selected from among a polyoxyethylene(POE) alkyl ether with an alkyl being stearyl, oleyl, or tridecyl, a POE alkyl ester, and a sorbitan ester.
