PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent soil on the recording surface of a material to be recorded, by preventing the contact of the portion, easy to be protruded of the material to be recorded to be nippedly carried by carrying and pinching rollers, with a recording head, to surly prevent the contact between the material to be recorded during carrying it and the recording head. SOLUTION: In a carrying path downstream side at every gap between plural adjoining pinching rollers 5 for nippedly carrying materials to be recorded together with a carrying roller 4, regulating rotors 14, contacting the recording surface sides of the materials to displace the materials to the back surface side, are arranged in positions entered into the back surface sides from the recorded surface sides of the materials in the carrying path.
