PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To break an egg into yellow and white while efficiently separating the yellow without breaking it. SOLUTION: This egg white separator has an egg white separating part 5 comprising plural egg white separating bars 1 disposed on a curved part 2, recessed downward, put on support frames 3 consisting of opposite frames with different heights. The cross-section of each egg white separating bar 1 is semicircular projecting upward, and the egg white separating bars 1 are disposed parallel with each other with such a gap 4 between each other that only the white can pass through the gap without the yellow. And as for the method of separating the yellow from the white of an egg, the shell is broken and the white and the yellow are allowed to fall down on the higher slanting part of the egg white separating part 5 to separate the yellow from the white.
