PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pick and supply sheets one by one even if the sheets are stuck overlapping each other due to static electricity. SOLUTION: A sheet feeder 3 which picks sheets stacked in a magazine 5 out of a P&P part in the order of the uppermost one while being attracted has an air blowing unit (a primary separating means) 11, elastic resistances (secondary separating means) 15, 15 and elastic brushes (tertiary separating means) 17, 17 provided around the magazine 5. The pick-out of the sheets in numbers due to static electricity or the like is prevented.
