PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a seat cover wherein a skin material is easily bonded to and integrated with a fiber web so as to mass- produce a sheet for a vehicle or the like excellent in appearance, even when the skin material is is made of an air-impermeable material or is susceptible to influences of heat and pressure. SOLUTION: A heat-melting adhesive layer 3 is laminated on the surface of a fiber web layer 1 and this laminate is subjected to a heat setting process to keep the adhesive layer 3 in a molten state. Next, a skin material 2 with the back face heated is superposed on the molten adhesive layer 3 and is cooled while being pressurized to monolithically bond the skin material 2 to the fiber web layer 1.
