PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily install by incorporating at least two flat decorative surfaces in a decorative surface member, and directing the flat surfaces in directions of different surfaces. SOLUTION: A core member 7 and a decorative surface member 5 are co- extruded in a desired shape, and an additionally arbitrary layer is inserted on a rear surface of the member 7 or the member 5 between the member 7 and the member 5. Its fleshing layer or an overlay layer is co-extruded together with the member 5 and the member 7 or applied by a suitable method after the extruding step. The member 5 contains a thermoplastic resin such as an arbitrary polyacrylic resin or the like applied for use as a solid surface member. The member 1 contains a flame retardant acrylonitrile butadiene-styrene resin or the like. A flat surface countertop 20 and a back splash 10 and a front lip 30 are different surfaces, that is, directed in directions of anglesθ,ϕto one another. Thus, this is useful for forming an assembling unit having various geometrical surfaces and can be easily installed.
