PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach frame members to the end portions of panels without degrading the appearance of sandwich panels. SOLUTION: In a sandwich panel 10 equipped with a pair of surface panels 11, 12 and a core member 13 interposed between these surface plates 11, 12, an end face 11a of a surface plate 11 (upper surface plate 11) at the end portion of the sandwich panel 10 and the end portion of the core member 13 are located at the inner side of the end face 12a of other surface plate 12 (lower surface plate), an attaching recessed portion 30 is formed, a frame member 20 located at the inner side from the end face of at least a lower surface plate 12 comes into contact with the attaching recessed portion 30, and this frame member 20, both surface plates 11, 12 and core member 13 are bonded together.
