PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust a height of a sitting position so as to be usable even by a child and a physically handicapped person by interposing a replaceable spacer between a bottom surface of a toilet bowl main body and a floor surface. SOLUTION: A spacer 14 composed of ceramics, artificial marble, wood and metal is interposed between a bottom surface of a toilet bowl main body 13 and a floor surface 1 to adjust a height dimension 15 of a sitting position 11. This spacer 14 is prepared by several kinds for a baby, general use, a wheelchair and an inclination to be replaceable when necessary so that the height dimension 15 becomes about 43 cm (for general use) and 45 cm (for a wheelchair) from 35 cm (for a baby) at the minimum. When using an inclined pedestal, it is arranged so that the sitting position 11 inclines to this side to provide a toilet easily usable even by a baby and a physically handicapped person. Thus, a height adjustable toilet bowl can be easily obtained.
