PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition capable of having a function as a cohesive peel type sealant, and a laminate wherein the resin composition is used as a sealant, in particular, favorably usable as a container sealing covering material or flexible wrapping material. SOLUTION: This resin composition is obtained by polymer blending of a thermoplastic resin A at 50-99 wt.% with a thermoplastic resin B which is incompatible or partially compatible with the thermoplastic resin A, at 1-50 wt.%; and is characterized by that the melt index of the thermoplastic resin A is 0.1-100, and also the melt index (MIa) of the thermoplastic resin A and that (MIb) of the thermoplastic resin B satisfy the relationship: MIa>=MIb. |
