PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation method for aloe juice using green leaves of aloe as a raw material, including 100% of squeezed, filtered and sterilized juice, used for a health drink or the like. SOLUTION: This aloe juice preparation method comprises washing and drying raw green leaves of aloe in a washing process P1, crushing and roughly selecting the leaves in a crushing process P2, pressing and finely selecting the leaves to ensure a squeezed juice of aloe in a squeezing process P3, removing a fine particle solid residue by a centrifugal separator and clarifying the juice in a clarifying process P4, sending the clarified aloe juice under pressure of a few atmospheric pressures, maintaining a water path wall itself in the middle of liquid transportation piping at a high temperature, avoiding the contact of the juice with air and sterilizing the juice for a few minutes at a fixed temperature of <=100 deg.C in an air blocked high-temperature pressure heat sterilization process P5, filtering the juice by a filter in a pressure filtration process P6 and filling the juice into a package in a packaging process P7. |
