摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent a low voltage accessory battery feeding electric power to electrical element from being lowered in voltage at idling, and also prevent the remaining capacity of a high voltage battery feeding electric power to a motor form being insufficient. SOLUTION: At idling, when both the voltage of an accessory battery and the remaining capacity of a main battery are low (S103 and S104), an engine is controlled by means of a constant torque (S105), and concurrently motor revolutions are so set up in response to the voltage of the accessory battery in order to control a motor A acting as a generator by means of a constant revolution (S107), so that an alternator is driven mainly by the engine. Also when only the voltage of the accessory battery is lowered while the main battery has sufficient capacity, fuel to the engine is cut off, so that the engine comes to a half (108), the motor is rotated at a constant speed based on the voltage of the accessory battery, and the output shaft of the engine is rotated by the motor directly connected with the output shaft of the engine, so that the alternator is thereby driven.
