PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a head and a shock at loading time and prevent a value of goods from deteriorating in a long object, by providing a constitution loading the long object in a loading part on condition holding the long object by winding a winding material to its external peripheral surface, in the case of loading an arbitrary number of the long objects in the loading part. SOLUTION: In the case of loading a pipe A, first a transfer loading conveyer 3 is lifted, the pipe A, after it is brought up, is horizontally moved from a supply position a to a hold position b, the transfer loading conveyer 3 is lowered down, and the pipe A is mounted in an internal peripheral side of a guide member having a U-shaped guide groove of a mounting base 4. Next a mounting unit 6 is lowered down, a floating end side of swivel arms 30, 30 in an opened condition is made to approach the guide groove. Next a hold belt 33 is delivered, after inserting it to the guide groove turned around an external peripheral surface of the pipe A, the guide member is displaced, after releasing holding of the hold belt 33, the swivel arms 30, 30 are closed, the hold belt 33 is held in a condition wound to an external peripheral surface of the pipe A, and it is transfer loaded in a carriage 7.
