PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and positively detect whether granular to be received in a hopper is reserved or not up to a prescribed level, in a simple structure and at low cost. SOLUTION: In this device, an outlet-side nozzle of a transportation-side pipe 26 for air power transportation from each of material reservoirs 22 is inserted in each of loader hoppers 25 in a vertical direction with its end opening portion 40 directed downward and is fixed to be closed by resin material when the resin material to be received in the loader hopper 25 is at a prescribed level. A pressure switch 34 is connected to the upstream side of a suction blower 24 in an exhaust-side main pipe 30. When the resin material received in the loader hopper 25 is reserved in the opening portion 40, the opening portion 4 is closed by the resin material and resulting pressure change is detected by the pressure switch 34.
